Core extensions

SPARKL comes with a number of core extensions that can be used for example to provision services or process transactions.

The Sequencer extension
svc_sequencer is the core SPARKL extension that orchestrates transactions.
The Expressions extension
You can use the svc_expr extension to replace complicated service properties with minimalistic Erlang expressions. You can define these expressions on a service or operation level and use variables, constants and states.
The Subroutine extension
The svc_subr extension makes it possible to have controlling mixes that can invoke transactions in other mixes, where those other transactions have matching signatures.
The REST extension
The REST extension lets users integrate external service implementations written in JavaScript or Python.
